The police caught five people and took another eleven to various police stations in Hajdú-Bihar County yesterday.
Three perpetrators were caught in the act of committing crimes, two were taken into custody on the basis of warrants for arrests issued by the court of Debrecen. Two people were taken to police stations as suspects.
There were no traffic accidents during the last 24 hours.
A 29 year old man was caught shoplifting by security guards in supermarket in Debrecen. Lajos K. tried to steal a pair of trousers. The police took him to the police station of Debrecen and a procedure was initiated against him on reasonable suspicion of theft.
